Panda anti virus issue

I'm having or think I'm having issues with my panda inet security 2014 anyone else running this
I'm being told I'm unprotected & can't seem to resolve it
Trying to get hold of panda is actually like trying to get pandas to mate!! Cheers

Have you installed the hotfixes?

Panda 2014 indicates my computer is unprotected and continously prompts to activate it-Technical Support-Panda Security

I tried this and all it says is my Panda internet security is already up to date :confused: customer services have advised to uninstall and reinstall I think I'll do this
