MMI / RMC and Video

Would just like to pick the brains of some fellow users.

I have A7 with the 4g SD card powered nav MMI system with the bose upgrade and I have the MMI connector in the arm rest. However I can't proces video from my iphone (5s) or SD card.

I've tried the latest cable from audi that process the video on the lighting connector.

Am I missing something? I was under the impression all models processed video when parked up.

What video formats are you using? MMI can be quite fussy sometimes

I've tried a few different formats mpeg4 avi files etc what formats have users been successful with ?

MP4 should work. Have you tried a DVD just to make sure your screen / hardware / software combo supports video?
