My Climatronic blew lukewarm all the time, which turned out to be the red topped air flap motor situated to the left of centre near the passenger footwell. Price quoted was £260 (fitted), but I managed to fit a second hand part from an ageing Audi at a cost of £10. Access can be gained by removing the glove compartment. Hope this helps.
