Rear door locked and unable to open

Daughter has an 02 with an os rear door that will not open from inside or out. Can anyone please recommend a person who could fix this for a reasonable price in the Norwich area.

David, before going to the expense of a "repair" can I suggest you try the following:- continually press the unlock button on the remote, whilst operating the door lock release handle, again continuously, from the inside of the car. This can have the effect of resetting the lock internals, if this is the cause of the problem. It worked with mine.

Will have to try that on mine as well!
Although I can open the rear Door if I pull twice on the Handle!
However when using my Remote Key all other Doors operate AOK!
Just the rear drivers side door stays in the locked position
