Over the past few months, the ride on my Golf Mk4 seems to have got much crashier, for want of a better word.

I regular check tyre pressures, so its not under-inflated tyres.

Have just changed 2 x Rear Arm bushes for Powerflex items. Its made a difference, but not a lot.

The rest of the set up is Neuspeed rear ARB, Koni Sport-line Kit all round, Eibach front ARBs and Powerflex bushes and dog bone mounts used.

When the car is jacked up, there is an awful groaning or creaking sound from the suspension - could this be that the top mounts or shocks themselves are on their way out? Car has covered some 30K since the Konis and H&R Springs kits were replaced. Could it be that this lot needs changing again?

Any suggestions as to what I could try next?

Cheers
