Fog lights on when locking, unlocking.

So still finding more new things in my new audi.
Is it normal, that when i unlock my car both DRLs and fog lights come on? Is there a way (without VAGCOM) to change so that only DRL's light up?
Same happens when you stop the car, lock it - fog lights on, and go away in 10 seconds.

That's your coming/leaving home lights, only happens when dark/dusk/early morning.

Not possible to change without VCDS. You can change the duration within the CAR menu and Exterior Lighting.

But not at home, just some shop parking lot?
How does it where my home location is? Where it sits over night? Cant believe that that car is this smart?

They'll still come on, they do on my A6 anyway. Switch the function off in the CAR menu.

It doesn't. Simply means when you unlock the car / switch engine off car lights come on / stay on if dark(ish). Audi just call it coming home / leaving home. You can configure when auto lights come on too from same section.
