Cordoba / Ibiza Door Pillar covers HELP!

Could some one please tell me where I can get the carbon fibre door pillar covers for a 3 door ibiza / cordoba, Ive searched everywhere but cannot find them anywhere! I know they make them Ive seen them in the past just cant find them now?!?!?!?

Any ideas?
