The windows are closed properly so what could be the cause?

Condensation is caused by water in moist air condensing on a cold surface - cold cannot hold the same volume of water as warm air, for a given amount. So when you wash the window, it's temperature goes down and any moisture in the cabin condenses on the now cold surface.

Thing is, this points to a damp cabin. Check the carpets are not wet, or water in the boot (i.e. water getting in somewhere), and if all is dry, run the car with air conditioning on for some time - this will dry the interior and the problem should go away.

If you don't, it is good practice to run the air conditioning at least once a week, to both lubricate the seal and to expel any damp.

its not condensation, it seems to be seeping in somewhere, even with the hose on shower setting, it does not run down the inside of the glass, Could i have a pair of dodgy seals?
