Audi A4 B7 2.0TDI Avant Quattro 2007 engine
Hello,
I got a question to get some of you scratching your heads and some who will have the answer :)
My lovely Audi A4 B7 Avant (http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B003BVI6HO/) 2.0tdi 170bhp QUATTRO has had it head gasket (http://shop.ebay.co.uk/?_nkw=head+gasket) gone. (big crack in the head)
I can either have the head repaired, or I already have a 2.0tdi 170bhp engine sitting but it not from a Quattro car.
I believe QUATTRO is all about the gear box and the rear suspension.
Can someone shed some light.
Are Audi a4 2.0tdi (http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B009H301FK/) 170bhp engines all the same, only the gearbox makes the difference?
Will it be easy I just take the damaged engine block (http://shop.ebay.co.uk/?_nkw=engine+block) out of the quattro and put the other non quattro engine in? Both are 2.0tdi 170bhp aswell.
I am hoping you can help me guys
