Knocking

When pulling away hard from standing start i always get a knock from back as though it is rear suspension hitting bump stops. Would this be possible ? dont think it is ESP system it still does it with this turned off. My car is 2009 A4 2.0 TFSI S Line executive , Any help would be appreciated :D

Check ur spare tire is tightened up in the boot.
