Hi Guys,

Just popped outside to the car, unlocked it and noticed that the fuel flap seems to "buzz" for a second or so when locking the car. Haven't heard it do this before. It appears to be locking the flap and unlocking it ok, but its the first time I've heard it make a noise other than a click. Has this happened to anyone else? it is freezing cold outside and everything is soaking wet...so could possibly be water in there perhaps? The car is under warranty for another 3 months or so..so if its a sign of something failing I'd like to get it sorted before it costs me any money lol.

It seems every 8K A4 and 8T A5 I scan has a reported fuel flap solenoid fault.

Haha, I was waiting for that. I'll give it a week or two...and see how it goes. I guess I should familiarise myself with the manual opening chord in the boot lol? Just a pain in the backside having to spend time at the dealer getting it fixed. On the plus side, they have good coffee and muffins...
