Newby with problem :(

Hi all, just looking for a link to the faults and repairs section, I have recently bought a 2004 A3 TDI DSG Sline, I have loved it from day one, but today it started juddering like hell and the glow plug light is blinking in sequence I thought these were only use on start up?? Id been driving to work for a good couple of hours when it started.. :( any help or advice would be very much app..

Hi Ian, I had a similar problem with me golf juddering and it was the cam shaft had worn down? But some one at work told me it happened to him because of his fuel filter

Hi there I had similar problem with a 58 jetta it was the throttle actuator thingy.

The glowplug light flashing us to show a fault.
Get the car scanned, it could be any number of things.
