MMI Update - Quick Q?

Happy New Year all!

Just a quick question regarding MMI software that the learned types might be able to answer - A6_Chris, I'm looking at you. ;)

I was in my sister in law's new A3 yesterday and managed to have a good play.
I'm really digging the MMI interface, particularly the phone setup (uploads the contact pictures from the phone book - its the little things) and I was wondering if it is possible to update mine to the same.
I've got the non nav bobby basic setup and I think her's is the same, not sure of which model, although it has two SD card slots and a Nav button although it just says "Navigation not available", when you press it.

I'm guessing the answer is going to be no, but just in the offchance, it might be a nice mod to have.

Possible but its gonna cost you alot of money to rip out your Concert/Symph (I'm assuming you don't have MMI) and fit 3G+ which her car will have.

Depending on what you have fitted then yes, hardware too :(
