I have a 2008 58 Plate B8 A4 2.0 TDI SE, 115K Miles. The past week I have noticed some judder like vibration when lifting the clutch and moving off a biting point... Is this a common problem, if so can anyone point me in the right direction as to what it is...? Thanks, Luke.

There is a possibility it's one of our most discussed topics. Search the B8 forum for 'dual mass flywheel' and 2.0 TDI.
Or maybe you are in need of a new clutch? 115k miles isn't too bad though ... Relatively!

This sounds like Clutch and DMF on it's way out. do a little searching for 'clutch' and 'dmf' you will see a few at your sort of mileage or less that have need doing.

Your clutch / DMF need replacing, start getting some prices (circa £1000) and get it booked in. You will get to a point when you can't disengage your clutch (it will happen). 115k is good going, mine went at 74k
