Turbo issue

Hey, I've a 2000 audi a4 1.8T, I changed my spark plugs a month ago and since then I got an issue with the turbo. Whenever I step on the gas hardly the turbo get stuck with 5psi and the car doesn't move. I hope that I described it clearly.
