Why what happened??

I had to seek one last year, took me 3 weeks to find one, I got mine from bristol breakers www.allaudi.co.uk (http://www.allaudi.co.uk) good bunch of lads and quite helpful.

Be warned though, these AVJ's are rare which is why these people can charge that little extra.
I paid £1200 for the engine with 72000mls and £450 for the turbo, Pricey I know but I had had enough with searching and just got it to stop my frustration in trying to find one.



Was it the Oil pump failure??

i was lookin for 6 mth for an avj in the end i got a block from a ragtop and had it fully rebuilt took longer but was around same price as avj,s are fetching
why are u after a replacement ?
