VW Polo 6n starts then cuts out immediately. ECU is dead?

Hi

I have a problem with my car. Its VW Polo 6N with 1.6 AEE engine. Car starts and then cuts out immediately.

I found this video from youtube that show the same symptoms that i have:

It seems that i have some problems with immobilizer but the problem is that i cant read the faulty codes. (i dont have 3rd party radios, faulty fuses etc)

I have tried different readers too.

Is the ECU dead?
