Lost my Service Schedule Booklet

I have mislaid my booklet ( looked everywhere for it) any ideas how I go about sorting this mess out.
i have the invoices and details of the services but not the original details from new inc the details at the beginning of the booklet.

i have a 2008 A4 2.0 Saloon SLINE TDI Auto

Call in to your local dealer and they will supply a duplicate book.

Any servicing done within any Audi dealer you will need to contact and ask for it to be stamped again along with supporting invoices.

If you can't recall all details from memory then call Customer Services on 0800 699 888 and explain what's happened.
