Reversing light and auto rear wipe not working

Reversing lights don't work and when I have the wipers on and select reverse, the rear wiper doesn't operate. Any ideas?:aargh4:
Also the water supply to the rear washers squirts out somewhere near the front nearside wheel. Do you know how I get to the bottom of the washer bottle as I suspect the tube has come off?

Reversing lights are usually operated by a simple switch which screws into the gearbox casing. Don't know on the Polo but others I've replaced took about 10 minutes and cost £15 ish.
