2.0 TDI 170 into a 55plate a4 2.0 TDI 140

Hi there I have a A4 avant s line 2.0 TDI 140 on a 55 plate witch the timing belt has snapped on and I have been offered a 57 plate 2.0TDI 170 engine
would it be possible to put this in?
any advice would be much appreciated
