Driver display - showing 'Car' suspension setting on Q7

Hi folks,

I am having difficulty in changing the drivers display screen from the suspension 'Car' setting showing on the screen.
It normally shows all of the mileage, fuel, etc on the screen but the picture of the car is showing.
Can anyone help and know how to clear the screen and get the normal things showing?

Try pressing the reset button under the wiper stalk and it should change.
