Audi Q7 2010 sunvisor

Hi folks

first post having just joined so hi all.

I was wondering if anyone might know how to replace the small pull out flap that is on the insides of the front sunvisors.
it was broken today and has broken into two pieces.
i can't find a part number or a parts site stocking it.
any help greatly appreciated.
