Audi Alternator warning for 2006

Hello Gents,

I'm a Yank from the US and have a Audi A4 2006 (Quattro). Just to give you a warning about the Audi A4 Alternator. It's going to be released soon that there is a problem with this part and a recall. Hopefully my friends in the UK won't have this same issue, but let me tell you you'll be in a world of pain when in happens.

Thanks for the word up, if you get any details of links regarding the recall let us know. Normally major car companies only do recalls in that country if its not been such of a massive issue in the UK..
