broken rear glass

help - just broke the rear n/s door glass on my mk 4 golf. in a bid to get to have a look at the failing central locking (which i believe is another issue with mk 4 golfs) i have stupidly shattered the glass trying to push out the plastic pin at the base :( anyone recommend where i could find replacement? (ebay is usually a bit hit & miss with these sort of things) in anticipation - thanks
any suggestions regarding the door lock or links to useful vids would be appreciated too!
