VCDS now in Gloucester

Welcome. Im in Bristol and have Micro-CAN. Need to upgrade to HEX and CAN. Maybe have to meet up at somepoint as I would my 2002 Passat fault reading etc.

No probs. My laptop is currently runs off the mains due to goosed battery but will hopefully have a new one soon so it will be portable. I'll let you know when its sorted...

Very nice. I'm not sure if video in motion can be turned on on that, the new A6 and A7 can't, depends when the sq5 had a facelift. I'm happy to try though and can do all the other bits.

Hi ,I'm sure I've seen some people have done the sq5 plus on another q5forum site and what else do you suggest switching on ?
And yes we're just down the road from you .

Guess you're on the same software as my A7 and the wife's A5 then as ours worked. It's quite straight forward.

As for other bits, it depends on what extras you have and what is already switched on. I know where all the good bits are though so can go through them with you and you can choose.

Got a 2001 Passat TDI Sport here ..... 200K on the clock .... all my own work from new!

I digress ..... are either of you in the mood to: 1) re-activate my hazard warnings when a) I arm the alarm, and b) when it goes off/is triggered? 2) Get the audio system [Gamma Radio etc.] to re-detect the OEM CD player [6 disc unit in the head unit].

I'm in Up Hatherley [she was a nice girl before!] Cheltenham ..... but can easily RV wherever ...... preferably the boozer!

Hi I need some help i did some coding with obdeleven on a headlight module now I'm getting a error massage headlight no basic settings only one way to clear to do this :


Go to module 55(headlamp regulation). ->Basic settings-> "Basic headlamp setting", then Basic settings "Acknowledge basic setting".

Anyone with vcds can please help me on this?

Hi there. I have A6 C6 . Immobilizer needs to be programmed to steering lock module . I've replaced steering module after my old one is broke so need some coding to make them communicate. Can you do that? I would pay no problem .
