Help! Stuttering A8L 2004

So my engine light has been going on and off now for 3000 miles but with no symptoms. But yesterday the EPC light came on too. The engine is stuttering. You can really feel it when reversing. I think its something to do with air flow. Are there any places open Sunday in Wolves area?
Engine starts ok but you can feel it eunning awkward and exhaust stutters too
Research online may suggest MAF issue.or.vacuum
Where are these under.bonnet?

Ideally you need a fault code scan first of all, have a look at the map link in my signature and see if anyone is near you with vcds to scan.

Just got back from Halfords Auto Centre - diagnostics suggest fault codes of 17538 - Multiplicative fuel adaption bank 2 lean mix, 17536 as abover but bank 1, 17985 - right engine mount solenoid valve open circuit, 16684 - random multiple cylinder misfire detected, 16690 - cylinder 6 misfire detected permanent, 17718 - ignition cylinder 10 short circuit to ground

Unbelievable!! 3 days later the engine light is.in again!!

Have a friend now who has vagcom.so will report back. 3 new coils fitted week back but from.research i am thinking all.8 coils should.be replaced.
I woukd like to do this myself as i have heard its easy. Cant see instructions on youtube though
also ate the coils standard for any Audi or VW?

Can anyone advise how i identify which coil pack is number 1, 2 etc?

Hello all. I have took the plunge and bought my first Audi. Its a 2004 (04 plate) Audi A8 L 4.2 Quattro.

When standing in front of bonnet and facing engine Cyl. 1 2 3 4 are the left bank , Cyl. 5 6 7 8 are the right bank.
