Looking For Opinions

My car is an A8, 2011 and still under manufacturers warranty. One of the exhaust tailpipes isn't exactly in the middle of the bumper cutout. Infact its nearly touching the edge of the bumper. I asked at the garage where i bought the car and was told that sometimes the cars are like that.. Immediately i knew that was bull, however with the car still under manufacturers warranty i bought the car and knew that i could have the tailpipe rectified..And worse case i have 30 days to return the car for any reason. My main concern is the car has been involved in a big accident, but as i said the car is an Audi approved with fash and no mention of any bumps..

So, my questions..

Have any you came across a new/relatively new audi with a squinty tailpipe?

Also, why would one tailpipe be squinty, it should not have been replaced, and if so would have been done under Audi warranty and i would imagine it would have been fitted straight.

I know its a lot but just looking for opinions...

Panic over, jus required a bit of a heave. For some reason the tailpipe section had slipped from part of the hinge.. All is now good..
