Hi, im new to this forum

i have ordered an audi a7 black edition 204ps quattro as my company car today via a contract hire option over 3 years in ibis white.

extras to include tech pack, adaptive light and hi beam assist including ext electric folding and dimming mirrors

i had to choose this as company car tax is a stonker on the 245ps, i wanted some advice on possibly remaping the car to bring in line or slightly better than the 245ps?

Would anyone recommend this and if so which company would you recommend me using?

i have seen a company called more-bhp.com based in cheshire which is reasonably priced at £299 but whats your experience of doing this?

Would you reccommend this at all?

Also what mpg are you getting around the town or more so on a full tank? Furthermore, i have two children and was wondering if you can comfortably get a twin pushchair in when i went to view the car in the showroom boot size was decent compared to the golf i drive now.

your comments would be appreciated!!!

You'd be better off with a reliable tuning box so you can remove it when the car goes to Audi for servicing and warranty work, as on 2010+-ish cars you need to open the ECU and program directly into it NOT thru the OBD port.

We have a range of Sponsors on the forum who specialise in tuning boxes, try DTUK - Site Sponsors - Directory Of Site Sponsors (http://www.vwaudiforum.co.uk/forum/forumdisplay.php?215-Site-Sponsors-Directory-Of-Site-Sponsors)

Welcome to VWAF.

Well the fact that with a tuning box you wont possibly compromise your warranty by opening up the ecu.

If you're only keeping it for 3 years then stick with the tuning box from DTUK or someone well known, don't touch eBay ones.
