Adaptive headlights question

Hi, I've just ordered a new A7 and opted for the adaptive headlights which sound great. Only concern is that the paper works states this option removes the light and rain sensor. I'm guessing it has built in alternatives to still provide auto headlights and wipers but can't seem to get a confident answer from Audi sales. Dora's this option mean I lose auto wipers and headlights?

My wife's A5 has adaptive xenons and still has auto lights and wipers so you should be ok. Cant see why they would remove it from the A7 and not the A5.

Don't worry, you will still have auto lights and wipers with this option. The adaptive light uses a camera mounted just below the rain sensor, so requires a different module that incorporates all these functions.
