Air bag light problem!

Hi I am new to this forum, so hope I have posted this problem in the correct place?
Few weeks ago the air-bag light came on, then not long after the rev-counter stopped working, oil light started flashing and finally the alternator light did not come on when the ignition was turned on.
Checked the alternator and as it turned out it needed a new regulator, put everything back and all worked fine except that the air-bag light is still on. Can someone tell me if there is a way of re-setting the air-bag light or is there an answer to the problem that I have not thought of.
Details of my vehicle are: 1995 TD Passat Estate N reg, I hope that this is sufficient information, if any more is needed please do not hesitate to let me know and thank you in advance for any responses.

You will need diagnostic kit to reset the airbag light.
Look in the vsgcom section for a member in your area.

Thanks Kite, had it scanned and erased fault code, been OK since and hope it will stay that way. Thank again for your help.:o
