Chirping noise from engine

Hi

There is a strange chirping sound coming from the engine of my 2010 1.9tdi. It happens when the ignition is turned on/off and also whenever the accelerator is pressed or released quickly. It has already been to VW under warranty and they switched the EGR cooler as a fault code for this was showing. Not sure why but this seemed to stop the chirping for a month or so but it has now returned. The warranty has now run out but whatever they 'fixed' has not done the job.

Has anybody got any ideas what it might be as I can't understand how the EGR cooler would make any sounds. I'm going to take back to VW as their repair lasted a month but want to go armed with some ideas/ammunition if possible.

4 secs - ignition on
10 secs -start up
20 secs - revving to show the chirp
36 secs - turn off engine
38 secs - turn off ignition

Mine done somthing similar but it was more a clicking noise when it reached idle - since I took these videos the noise never reappeared

the noise happens before the engine starts and also after it has stopped. On another forum somebody thinks that it is the EGR cooler flap which does tie in with VW swapping the EGR cooler previously. Just seems like I've been unlucky with the replacement.
