Noise from behind dash

What is the noise that is apparent, just after you start up and drive off? It sounds like little vents or flaps moving into position, but not quite sure what. Does not sound like a problem, but just wondering what it is.

Sounds like the heater just opening the flaps it needs to open to circulate air. Totally normal.
