Hi all, im quite new to the scenes of tdi tuning,
Any ways i have a 2009 a3 2.0 tdi 140 sline, i want to get it remapped so i thought id get it rolled first to see what im starting with, and also i was intreaged to know what it was putting out and it out pulled other 2.0 tdis ive put it against, so on the rolling road it pulled 154.6 bhp, the tech guy side it was one of the strongest standard tdi he'd seen, just wondering if anyone else has found there's is more than standard while being standard still?

My 1.9 RR'd at 121.1bhp .. Should be 105bhp standard.

I'm getting the A6 on a RR soon as theres a charity event coming up :)

A3 readout below - totally standard running on ordinary BP at the time.

If I keep mine out of warranty I'll get a DPF removal and remap would get me around 140bhp and 315nm torque.

Saying that, it would maybe end up being 150-160 as its more powerful than standard anyway going by the graph.

I currently have a very slight rise in turbo whistle noise which has increased since I got the car at 27k miles in December 2011, now theres 73k on it. I know some 1.9's had problems with turbos so I'll see how this goes and it'll be the deciding factor on whether she stays or goes.

On the data sticker in the spare wheel well there will be a figure in KW.

Enter that figure in Kilowatts (kW) to BHP conversion calculator (http://www.rapidtables.com/convert/power/kw-to-bhp.htm) and it'll tell you the BHP.

Look in your V5 and under engine code there will be 3 or 4 letters at the start, post this up or the figure in KW is on the V5 too.
