Hello

I have a 2006 VW sharan with a PD engine

My AC was not working and we changed the AC Condenser and AC pressure switch and had the system regassed .it now holds pressure

Now we noticed that the ac compressor is constantly spinning and does not cycle on and off (is it meant to do this as I read all TDI's constantly spin)

however when i test the Compressor using vcds it does cycle

and the radiator fans are now working as they should

The air coming out of the air vents is not that cold even when on the highway/ motorway.

I did some research and some people have mentioned that when the voltage regulator becomes faulty it causes the fuse box above the battery to burn and this has happened in our case .I have replaced the wire from the alternator to the fuse box and also checked the fuses and they seem fine
My question is could the ac not being going as cold as it should because
The loom or compressor is damaged by the voltage regulator?

I have VCDS and how should I check what the underlying problem is?

i have the following values from VCDS
