A4 Cab Electric Windows

Hi can anyone give me so information on why my rear window on my 04 a4 cab will only go down to the safe position . it was ok till it cam out of the garage to have the air con fixed ..... thanks in advance

job done sorted it , took 4 hours and no quick way to do it . had to re thread the cable drive . Anyone with the same problem ill talk you through it ...............:Blush2:.................. PAPALION
