Please can somebody give me the correct torque setting for the wheel retaining bolts on my Golf GT? ;)

Found the answer on the web!
Some one might find the information useful,
120NM or approx 85-90Lb ft
120 nm, i had to check mine the other day after having new boots fitted. Dad found the answer in the hand book.

Yes me too,needed a two foot T bar to undo mine after VW replaced the brakes!!
you saying that vw didn't follow their own guide lines? Tut Tut
this is why your wheelbrace is inly about 12'' long - so you don't over tighten the nuts.

Yes the wheelbrace wouldn't touch them!! They went with a crack eventually, just a good job I checked rather than leave it until I had a puncture on the road somewhere.
