Tricks of the trade

Hi All

fairly new on here and have just read the thread on windows and vcds is this just specific to the S Line as i have a SE Technik and wondered what little tricks of the trade that i am missing

Nope most tricks are th same regardless of trim level ;)

Have a look in your CAR menu and see if its enabled.

and if its not will i be able to enable or does it have to go back to audi

Well the windows trick will be there, just stuff like needle sweep or beep when locked will need enabled via vcds.

Hold in your unlock button on your key to lower them and the lock button to raise them.

Ah, saw a thread on that the other day when somebody was asking why their windows were down overnight. It's really useful.. Shame ya have to hold ya finger on the button for the entire time though. Cheers!
