A3 head unit radio signal issue

I'm not getting any radio signal. On the back of the concert, i had a normal radio aerial lead, and a fakra (?) Connection. I've connected them both independently to the back , using an adaptor ith the fakra to make it a normal aerial connection.

I cannot get anything but fuzz from either fm or am. Cd player works fine.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
