Missing Fog and Reversing light.

It has always annoyed me that my Sharan only has one rear fog and one reversing light, Penny pinching krauts. Has any one ,
managed to re wire the tailgate with LH drive parts to cure this problem?? Dont fancy the auxillary underslung type beneath the bumper.

Don't bother messing as for mot purposes the reverse and fog lights have to be on certain sides of the car.
