help info needed

hi all i`m new here hope this post is in the right place
i have just brought a audi a4 1.8 on a w reg,
the center console screen has gone funny and i cant read it,
not really to bothered about being able to read it but i was driving down the motor way the other day and every time i got up to around 75-80mph the car beeps and shows a msg (which i cant read lol) does any one out there know what this is?? i take it it`s a warning.
any help on this would be really appreciated

Is it in the upper part of the screen or lower part
Also what colour, red is important stuff like brakes an oil pressure orange for minor stuff like washer fluid low

Could be a speed warning set if it comes on at the same speed every time
Can be adjusted or turned off

yea it is on the top half of the screen and its orange, can make out a petrol pump when low on fuel warning, but cant make out this warning, is there any wer i can see the symbols it should show, also the car has now started beeping when i first turn the ignition,

could you please let me know how i`d go about turning off this speed warning lol gets slightly irratating
