First trip to dealer for me. The lid on the centre console compartment ("ash tray") would not open. Turns out the ipod lead was jammed underneath the lid. When closed, lead is precisely the right width to allow the lid to shut while preventing the lid from moving down to release the catch. Dealer managed to get it open, no charge, but a nuisance. In future will make sure the lead is tucked out of the way.
