A4 rear bumper upgrade

hi i have recently purchased a 2004 audi A4 avant 1.9 tdi 130 pd and i wanted to change a few bits to make it look a little more sporty. and i decided i like the look of the s line rear bumper double exhaust one with the black mesh and i dont have a clue if it will fit and also if i need the specific avant one or if the normal saloon one would fit also as it will be the double exhaust bumper i will need to source the s line exhaust and wondered if they are a straight bolt on fit.
