Audi's/VW's and wet floors

This is such a common problem that surely if there's enough of us stand up to the big company they have to take notice????


I had a camcorder which broke, turned out it was a common problem and when so many of us got together on a website the company involved finally admitted it wasa their flaw and replaced all the damaged items under warranty.


I think we should stand up and make our voice heard.....

hi niall 76,
i drive an audi a6 1.9se.avant and have experienced steamed up windows. i telephoned audi yesterday and apparently there is a recall for my car to fix the plenum chamber. No mention of removing the battery and checking the drain holes to be clear though. The job is scheduled for the 11th September will let you know how things go.

Teesside Audi picked up my car this morning removed rubber bung underneath the battery, washed and vaccumed the car, brought it back home all under recall. Well done Audi.
