Passat rear seat backs.

Hi all,
Being the new owner of a vw passat I am needing some help.
The nearside interior trim to the boot needs replacing. I bought the trim this morning and started to strip out the old trim.The front bottom corner seems to be fitted around the pivot for the seat back. My problem is :- How do you remove the seat back to enable me to fit the new trim??
Any help would be welcome.
