New car yesterday - already problems!!!!!

Hi there, not been on for a while, hope everyone is well. I got rid of my 1997 polo yesterday for a newer 2004 diesel model. There are a few things i need to know though already though.:aargh4: Can anyone tell me which battery i need for the key (which is for a built-in light) and can anyone tell me how i can change bulbs in the climatic control panel. There are 2 buttons next to each other - one for air con and one for full car circulation of air - the air circulation one works but not the air con one:confused: - can anyone help???:1zhelp:

Please please please help as i'd rather not have to go to a vw dealer/garage coz their prices are far too expensive for a poor student like me - especially now i've bought a new car!! hehe.
