Air Con not working and oil patch on drive

My air con is not working (low pressure/leak) and I have an oily substance that is leaving an oily patch on my drive under the right hand side of the engine bay (when facing the car), just under the bumper.

I'm assuming the oil patch is the air con oil as all other fluid levels seem fine.

Are there any common leak points of the air con system in this vicinity?

(the car is a 2007 3.0TDI with a BUG engine)

Hi. Had a similar issue with my Q7, however it leaked in the same location but in the passenger foot well. Also only leaked whils the air con was on. Turned out to be a faulty compressor unit. I haven't got mine sorted as was quoted £900 to £1200. Do please keep us updated on any progress.
