Fog/spot lights

Hi all;
I hope iam in the right section, new to the site and trying to find my way around.If i am in the wrong place then suspect the Mods will place it in its rightful place.

My question is,
My friend has just purchased a 2008 Audi A3 1.9 diesel 5dr, We would like to fit some front fog/spot lights, can you tell me if the wiring is all in place for both the switch and lights.

Nope all the wiring has to be added into the CCM along with the relevant coding.

You may or may not need a new bumper as I'm not sure if all of them have the mounting brackets as standard.

Thank you kindly for the info, will check out bumper situation. Is it easy enough to check if brackets are in place ?
