I am about to take delivery of a 13 plate Jetta. 1.6 TDI Bluemotion. I know the fuel ecomony will be decent due to the blue motion technology but searching on the internet gave me a figure of around 983 miles on a full tank. Is this accurate or even theoretically possible? I have owned a 57 Reg 2.0 TDI Sport Jetta in the past and averaged around 500 miles on a tank but am dubious that i will get almost double this.
