Window Closing from Keyfob

Is this a feature on the Mk7? It used to be on my mk5 and mk6.

I've checked the 'opening and closing' menu in the infotainment system and the 'conv. window closing' is set to all windows but the long hold of the lock/unlock button does nothing.

Does anyone else have this feature?

Mine opens/closes all windows by the keyfob.
Also works when set for drivers window only.

Have you tried outside the car with all the doors shut ?
I also find you do need quite a long hold for it to receive the transmission

Out of interest what version of VCDS are you using ? As I understand it, the current full release (11.11.5) has limited support for the gateways on the MQB (aka MK7) platform. However the Beta version 12.10.4, does apparently support more of the MK7 gateways, so might be worth a try ?

algarve - I assumed it was just my car that wasn't working. I'll pop into the dealers to get them to take a look.
