Can the rear boot badges on a (B7) A4 be removed without any damage ?

Thanks in advance.

These can be removed... however.. sometime the paint fade is different.. sometime it can be resolved with a good polish of T-cut.

In regards to removing them... no simple way.. a good way is to get small sheet of hard plastic.. NOT a screw driver..
A mate of mine used his Nectar card!! - Then you will have to clean all the old glue off...

best way is to get a hair dryer and heat the badge up. When hot the glue will softer and gradually you can prise is off. This should remove most the gue. I then used tar and bug remover which easily gets the glue of. If your paintwork hasnt faded which it shouldnt have on a newer car, it will be un-noticable.

Took the 'A4 & TDi' boot badges off today and the rear end definately looks better without them.
I used a plastic spatula (the sort you spread body filler with), sharpened one side and slid it behind the badge cutting through the foam glue. Tar and glue remover removed the rest and a polish afterwards has left no trace whatsoever.
